Once you're cleared to proceed, you'll complete a more detailed clinical intake on our HIPAA-compliant patient portal. This is where your provider gets the full picture of your medical history, lifestyle, and goals.
What you'll need: Recent weight and height, list of current medications, brief medical history, photo ID for verification.
Time: About 10 to 15 minutes.
Have a private virtual consultation with a licensed provider. They'll review your intake, talk through your goals, answer your questions, and decide together whether GLP-1 treatment is appropriate for you.
What's discussed: Treatment options (semaglutide vs. tirzepatide), starting dose, expected timeline, side effects to watch for, and your follow-up schedule.
Time: Typically 15 to 25 minutes.
Your prescription is sent to a U.S.-licensed compounding pharmacy. The pharmacy prepares your medication and ships it directly to your door in discreet, temperature-stable packaging.
Shipping: Standard shipping is included. Most patients receive their first shipment within 5 to 7 business days of their consultation.
Included: Medication, syringes, alcohol swabs, sharps container, and a step-by-step injection guide.
Start your treatment at home, on your timeline. Your care team is available through the patient portal for questions, side effect concerns, or dosage adjustments.
Check-ins: Your provider will follow up at scheduled intervals, typically every 4 weeks initially, to track progress and adjust your treatment as needed.
Adjustments: Dose escalations are managed clinically based on your response and tolerance, not on a fixed schedule.
